Overview
The KPMG Workforce Shaping Tool (WFST) MVP is a web-based application designed to help KPMG clients visualize their current workforce and create, manage, and compare workforce shaping scenarios.

Challenge
The objective was to become an expert in workforce shaping by identifying relevant scenarios that measure KPMG's workforce shaping and value chain. We aimed to launch an MVP within a 10-week timeline.

Solution
The requirements for the KPMG Workforce Shaping Tool (WFST) include: Developing interactive filtering tools for visualizations Enabling visual exports Allowing users to create and delete scenarios with warnings for conflicts in data or attributes Supporting multi-step scenario and transformation composition Providing interactions within charts and levers that affect scenarios Allowing users to compare scenarios and visually analyze gaps and impacts between scenarios.
